CDK can be reached through the self-service chat inside the CDK program. Follow these instructions to get through to a CDK support agent.


1. Open CDK and login

2. Once logged in click the S(Service Connect) on the bottom of the toolbar on the right side of the screen

3. If this is your first ticket it will ask for your information and send you an email to validate your account.

4. Click "Need Assistance"

5. Select your store

6. There is a search bar to help find where to open your ticket. You can also browse by selecting the different categories and searching through the options

*You can go back to the previous page by clicking the bubbles (i.e. Location, popular, service, etc)

** If you open a ticket and it is not the correct category CDK can transfer you to the correct person

7. Follow the prompts that best match the issue you are having

8. It will offer some possible solutions, if none match your issue click continue

9. Then you can select how you would like to communicate with CDK, we suggest doing "chat with support" but you can also submit a case or request a phone call

10. Fill out the requested information and click "next" then "chat"

*It will open the chat in an internet window so if the chat does not open enable popups
