If your Cenpos card reader is showing a system error, or an application error on the screen, please follow these steps first:


1. On the computer the Cenpos card reader is connected to, go to the search bar in the bottom left corner of your screen.

2. In the search bar, type in "Restart bridge service" 

3 in the search results there will be an application called "Restart bridge service", click the application to run that program. it will restart the Cenpos connection and potentially fix your issue.
