There are several steps you can try if your internet isn't working, and asking some questions and going through some easy troubleshooting steps may solve your issue.


First, are you the only person without a connection to the internet, or are others experiencing the same issue?


If others are having this issue as well, there may be an internet outage in your area. We will be aware of this and will be working on getting this fixed.


If you are the only one having troubles connecting to the internet, check these few things:


If you are connected over a wire, make sure that everything is plugged in and restart your device.

  • Look at the back of your computer, make sure the ethernet cord is plugged into the computer and is snug.
  • If you have a phone, check that both connections on the back of the phone snug. If there is still an issue try to trace the chord to the wall and make sure it is plugged in.


If you are connected to a wireless network, try to disconnect and reconnect to them to the Wi-Fi, if you have no success, restart your device.

  • Occasionally, some of the WI-Fi access points will lose connection to our network, so you may have to wait for it to reconnect.
